How profiles and participants work
Participants are individual submissions to a promotion. You always have full access to all participant data.
Profiles represent unique people. If the same person participates in multiple promotions, they are automatically deduplicated into a single profile in Revup Intelligence. This gives you a clean, unified view of each customer across all promotions and messages.
Your plan includes access to a set number of customer profiles. For example, the Launch plan includes up to 10,000 profiles. If you collect more, you'll need to upgrade to access additional profiles.

The free seven-day trial includes full access to Revup features. Promotions and participants are unlimited. Access to participant data and outbound email and SMS is limited to the first 20 participants. A payment method is not required and nothing is charged automatically. Active promotions stop if the trial ends without an upgrade.
Platform and participant-data access pause until a paid plan is selected. Stored data remains available when the account upgrades.
Monthly subscriptions renew on the same calendar day each month based on the initial subscription date. Customers can cancel before the next billing date from billing settings.
Self-serve monthly plans do not require a long-term commitment. Annual and Enterprise terms follow the selected billing arrangement.
Yes. A canceled subscription remains active through the end of its current paid billing period.
Yes. Self-serve annual plans include two months free.
Revup encrypts data in transit and at rest and uses access controls and internal safeguards. Revup is GDPR compliant. Revup plans to pursue SOC 2 compliance.
Customers can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from their account. Plan changes are self-serve and billing adjustments are prorated where applicable.
Revup does not charge overage fees or automatically upgrade a plan. Email or SMS sending pauses until the allowance resets or capacity increases. Promotions continue collecting participants. Excess profiles remain securely stored but unavailable until capacity increases or profile usage is reduced.
